ebrary This collection of 28,000 full-text ebooks covering a wide range of academic subjects. Search ebrary on the topics of mental illness, depression, women and sports, exercise, body building or physical fitness and find several hundred titles.
Academic Search Complete ASC provides users with a good balance of popular and scholarly titles from all disciplines. A search for physical fitness or mental health locates many full text articles.
CINAHL Cumlative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature is a great database to locate a wide variety of journal articles covering topics concerning Mental Health and Physical Fitness.
